Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution all through the life cycle of the Risk Analytics solutions. This is inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, owning the product development backlog and collaborating with other cross functional teams across the business in order to ensure successful deployment and roll out of products. Additionally, Product Manager will collaborate with Product Director to ensure that that the product roadmap is aligned with company’s overall strategy and goals.
• Be responsible for planning and execution of next generation of products and product enhancements and drive execution.
• Collaborate with clients, business owner, and client facing teams to define market opportunities, understand user needs and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis.
• Facilitate product life cycle management from concept to commercialization, and management of existing product lines.
• Help create product vision and strategy, product road maps as well as write detailed specification of product requirements, workflows and user stories.
• Lead sprint planning and grooming with IT to set priorities and groom backlog.
• Work with clients and internally to define product requirements and organizational readiness for product roll outs.
• Review and approve product documentation and develop sales training. Share product and domain knowledge.
• Act as product evangelist both internally and externally, drive best practice research and benchmarking to build best in class solutions.
• Provide product leadership and mentorship to team members and peers.
The Senior Product Manager must be comfortable with and have experience in a leadership role to drive discussions and build consensus amongst cross-functional teams.
Requirements• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or an equivalent in work experience. MBA is optimal, not required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience is required in the field of product management.
• Experience in risk adjustment and/or quality healthcare industry highly desirable.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with Software Engineers, Architects and QA.
• Experience in Agile development or comparable software development methodology preferred
• Must demonstrate a strong ability to drive execution of complex and enterprise level technology solutions.
• Strong communication skills including written and verbal are necessary.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills required.
