This position will be responsible for Project support for new IT Grid requests and will execute end to end system testing to evaluate functionality and performance, will partner with IT to identify workable solutions to problems, monitor and resolve system issues.Write user requirements based on input from team into clear IT deliverables to build a successful system.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

● Become functional/technical expert to evaluate, implement and manage systems used in Product Lifecycle Management Digital Laboratory platform. (system features, system functionality and understanding of the business processes these systems support)

● Partner with gIT and end users to design, test and implement new systems and features

● Be a liason between the end Users and GIT: Champion the needs of Global Technology to GIT and also explain to Global Technology the benefits of the IT solution/change

● Actively participate in working meetings to analyze and define As-Is and the optimal To-Be business processes

● Perform System Administrator duties as needed (set up new users, manage security roles, provide training etc)

 

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science or other relevant background

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

 Previous experience in business process analysis / business process design activities and concepts preferred.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

 

● Strong computer skills a must (e.g. Excel Pivot tables, V Look Up, Google etc, experience with SAP preferred)

● Strong project management skills, results oriented

● Assess & mitigate impact on the business process and end users

● Determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions can affect outcomes ● Expertise in system design, testing, implementation, FDA validation and GIT’s 5 step methodology

● Expertise in developing & delivering end user training
