They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward. The Planning & Procurement Operations Manager is responsible for the following:
  • Set up and Lead Supply Chain Planning, Material Delivery Coordination and Product Data Management Operations for teams with 15 members
  • Work with cross functional teams and related stakeholders to improve on time material delivery performance, highlight risks and achieve resolution
  • Identify material supply issues and engage with suppliers as necessary to ensure on time material delivery
  • Front end with client and help develop new solutions, processes and tools as necessary to support client needs and requirements on an ongoing basis
  • Deploy Analytics and lead innovation on operating model, training methodologies, business metrics measurements and reporting
  • Ensure successful service delivery, SLA achievement and high level of operational service delivery
  • Drive Service reporting and sponsor service delivery meetings
  • Follow up if service delivery is not meeting expectations
  • Collaborate with senior management on client account management and growth
