Pharmacy Technician - Materials/Inventory

Shift:
Mon,Tues,Thurs,Friday - 530am to 2pm
Saturday 9am to 530pm

Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to excel in a complex, high impact dispensing role and positively impact the lives of others. The Materials Dispensing Pharmacy Technician role is an essential role to support the Materials Management department. As a Pharmacy Technician working in the backend of the pharmacy, you get to perform a variety of roles including but not limited to processing RGM's (Returned Goods) and the disposition of the returned material, and inventory maintenance (slotting, NDC & location changes). A successful Pharmacy Technician in the Materials Dispensing role will need to be very detailed oriented, confident in their math skills and possess great computer skills.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the input of all inventory received.
- Assisting in the flow of inventory/purchasing processes.
- Will be the internal resource for other departments regarding inventory concerns.

Required Qualifications
Current Illinois Pharmacy Technician License by time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications
One year experience in this or similar job.
Knowledge of old orders, pharmaceutical drug names, NDC system and SAP.
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED
