Job Description
CVS Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - Recruiter to lead efforts to effectively recruit premier talent. This role is a vital contributor within the Enterprise Pharmacist Talent Acquisition team and serves as a talent advisor to the business by developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment and sourcing strategy.


Manage a workload of about 25 requisitions, while maintaining high touch communication with key partners

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to proactivly search for a diverse pool of candidates using various recruiting methods including but not limited to, professional networking/relationship building, social media, and online career boards

Develop positive relationships with hiring managers, HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues

Provide consultative recruitment approach to hiring leaders to include conducting hiring strategy discussions and presenting market analysis and competitive-intelligence data

Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience in a cost and time effective manner

Keep abreast of recruiting trends and sourcing strategies

Understands and adheres to goverment compliance regulations as it relates to the employment process

** Position can be based remotely in the United States

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working as a recruiter or in a staffing role

Experience working with applicant tracking systems

PC proficiency including MS Windows and the MS Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Knowledge of Human Resources regulations including: EEO/AA, ADA, FLSA, OFCCP compliance, etc. and ability to explain impact on interviewing and selection

Bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of education and experience
