Job Description
Partner Affairs is comprised of Partner Admissions, Firm Governance, Partner Compensation, Partner Talent Management, Partner Development, Administration, HRIS/IT/Web and National Benefits.

The Partner Affairs Wealth Creation and Risk Protection team is focused on delivering programs in three primary areas:1) making financial information available to partners and staff through the Firm's intranet and other venues; 2) financial education of partners via sponsored programs, Partner Affairs Academy and individual coaching; and 3) creation and maintenance of tools to allow partners and staff to do their own financial planning.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Certification(s) Preferred: CPA

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in financial planning and financial education, including personal income tax planning.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Providing retirement and financial planning, coaching and education directly to partners in retirement, insurance, estate, as well as partner cash flow, taxation and capital structure, and other benefits;

- Leading projects, serving as a trusted business advisor, developing deep working relationships with Partners, working independently and directly with partners in one-on-one personal financial planning in a highly confidential manner; and,

- Utilizing prior experience as a CPA or Attorney in personal income tax planning or exposure to planning within a partnership structure.
