Assignment Capsule

Be a part of the Organizational Effectiveness Team. We strive to make Humana more productive by facilitating the work of the overall organization to produce desired outcomes while building a fun, energizing culture. We are experts in building relationships, capability, strategy, and programs to enhance team performance and organization culture. We also provide consultation and project & program management for key enterprise initiatives.

We are seeking a summer intern to help support large, enterprise-wide initiatives related to team performance, culture and values, associate experience, and change management for Humana.

This will include providing meaningful project support for key, cross functional projects and deliverables including:


Role Essentials

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, business, or related fields
  • Deeply collaborative
  • Strong communication and writing abilities
  • Intellectually curious with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous and evolving environments
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint

Role Desirables

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency with MS Project and survey tools

Reporting Relationships

  • You will report to the Organization Effectiveness Lead on the Associate Experience, Change Enablement, and Values Team
