Job Description
Administrative Services offers services to client service staff so they can focus on delivering the PwC Experience to our clients.Administrative Services has a broad range of roles including the leadership team, Executive Assistants, Administrative Support Concierge (ASC), myAdminConcierge (mAC) in Tampa and PwC office/client based, Dual Support Specialists (DSS), Office Services, Document Production, Records Management, Meeting and Events, and Project Management.

The Client Account Support (CAS) Concierge Team provides administrative support to Directors, Senior Managers, Managers and staff on our client priority accounts. The team handles a range of basic/simple work requests as well as moderately complex and complex tasks. Examples of work performed may include maintaining the calendar for non-partners, scheduling meetings and calls with internal and external clients, arranging travel, reconciliation of AmEx expense accounts, client or account research, reviewing non-partners email and responding to routine communications and notes, communicating with client teams, reviewing reports/data, interpreting what information the non-partners need to act on, and providing services in a manner that demonstrates the highest levels of quality, accountability, and teamwork. The team works effectively and efficiently to deliver distinctive services to Customers.

Position/Program Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Must be able to demonstrate Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel PowerPoint, proficiency levels consistent with the firm's standards.

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven proficiency with identifying and addressing client needs, including responding to client and/or team requests promptly and professionally; readily offering assistance; contributing to a positive, collaborative working environment; proactively seeking instruction, feedback and coaching to improve performance. Demonstrates proven working knowledge of the following areas of providing administrative support virtually and/or remotely to manager-level staff and above, preferably for a global consulting partnership, which includes the following areas:- Utilizing telephony and voice messaging, email, and instant messaging systems or platforms to take clear, concise messages and relays messages or routes calls in a timely manner;- Creating detailed itineraries of travel arrangements, meeting times, meal arrangements and car service requirements; and,- Coordinating information regarding passport and/or visa issuance and renewals.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven abilities and success with providing virtual and/or remote administrative support to manager-level staff and above within a global consulting partnership, emphasizing the delivery of customer service through the use of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and related proprietary software to accomplish the following skills related to finance and billing, booking travel, research, data collection/entry/curation:- Identifying proactively areas of support that are applicable to their customers' needs;- Applying consistently business acumen and specialized technical knowledge, including a solid understanding of their customers' support needs and the technology used by the team;- Participating actively in knowledge-sharing activities, developing and communicating optimal standard-industry practices within formal and informal networks;- Interacting with a global consulting firm?s Lines of Service and Internal Firm Service non-partner clients;- Adjusting proactively schedules and keeps internal customers supported aware of changes on a timely and accurate basis;- Drafting, proofreading, attaching appropriate documentation and completing work within designated timelines, including proposals and/or presentations;- Preparing basic mailings to clients and confirming the correct documents are enclosed and/or attached;- Preparing expenses in an accurate and timely manner, as well as reconciling expense reports and information to business-issued credit card statements;- Accepting, picking up and delivering mail and packages on a daily basis and sends mail and packages appropriately through interoffice mail, U.S. mail or express vendor;- Reserving rooms, catering, sending invitations and managing responses for events.- Maintaining connectivity with the Records Management and Office Services teams.- Creating and maintaining an easily accessible e-file system.- Delivering exceptional customer service.- Entering and charging own time efficiently.
