JOB SUMMARY
  • Develop, manage, and execute Spectrum Reach events and sponsorships in close coordination with the Enterprise Event Marketing team and Regional/Divisional leadership team.
  • Will be the conduit for market requests, as well as planning and execution of customer-facing events that align with the strategic plans for enterprise and divisional goals, services, or business lines.
  • Ensures that communication of current public facing initiatives, promotions, and events are accurately, timely, and effectively communicated to all appropriate personnel.
  • Oversees local mobile events and industry outreach programs.
  • Plans, hosts and execute client events and gatherings at the Enterprise level and provides support as necessary for divisional events.
  • Efficiently tracks, monitors and communicates effectiveness of events and sponsorships for the company.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as primary point of contact for all mobile events, sponsorship and community relations requests and planning related to the Spectrum Reach traveling marketing events (mobile road shows). Helps oversee and review business case for evaluation and selection requests of events.
  • Aligned with divisional and regional sales priorities, develops strategic mobile events and promotions designed to raise awareness of Spectrum Reach messaging at key events helping to generate demand.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing leads and internal stakeholders on the launch of mobile marketing events (including the planning, routing, timing and full execution of the events prior to and during the events). Also responsible for driving the mobile truck to events across the country.
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to amplify and enhance the client experience through unique event experiences and interactions.
  • Develop and lead the execution of promotions and event strategies designed to meet or exceed customer growth, retention and revenue projections. Monitor and evaluate results.
  • Assist in evaluating the financial aspects of Spectrum Reach Event Marketing, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections (in conjunction with the Spectrum Reach Events Director).
  • Direct, manage and ensure brand integrity at all customer events and with all promotional efforts.
  • Coordinate with local leadership to help manage customer-facing communications related to event invites, RSVPs, confirmations and other notices tied to event planning in coordination with the communication and design teams as needed.
  • Strategically work with Enterprise Brand and Product teams to ensure the customer/brand experience with Spectrum Reach is consistent at every touch point.
  • Measure effectiveness of marketing events and promotions with appropriate metrics and make necessary adjustments to demonstrate continuous improvement.
  • Innovative and creative planning to build industry-leading events that offer customer impact and value and drive the Spectrum Reach value message.
  • Proven ability to train, manage and oversee team of two during mobile tour activation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Mobile marketing tour experience, preferably with a major brand.
  • Occasional heavy lifting may be required
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and make in the moment decisions to improve events and the customer experience.
  • Proven track record of providing impeccable hospitality to executives and high profile clients
  • Nonstandard work hours and up to 100% travel expected during tour season
  • Experience tracking event and promotion ROI as well as developing business plans/marketing initiatives to enhance relationships with the community or clients.
  • Must possess a valid CDL license – Class A with no previous infractions
