The Metro District Manager coaches, leads and manages the financial performance of a group of retail branches within a region. They guide their district to follow important policies, procedures and programs and lead by example, bringing U.S. Bank’s strategy, mission and values to life for their employees. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.


Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- Ten or more years of metropolitan retail banking experience
- Three or more years of management experience

- Advanced leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Extensive knowledge of metropolitan banking and relation to industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
