Med D Vendor Support and Oversight - Senior Consult

Job DescriptionAs a Senior Consultant on the Vendor Support and Oversight team, you will support 600+ resources at 4 locations combined domestically and offshore.

You will collaborate with vendor partners to drive consistent achievement of performance guarantees that are CMS (Center for Medicare Medicaid Services) regulated, client imposed and/or contractually defined ensuring a seamless experience for our members and beneficiaries.

You will assist with planning work types across vendor locations and internal operations seizing opportunities to increase cost-effectiveness and improve service quality.

As the point of contact you will work with our vendor partners for near term and long range workforce management, phone and task queues related to planning, strategies, and tactics collaborating with all key strategic partners.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Vendor relationship management

- Both onshore and offshore

- Oversight of vendor performance and outcomes

- All functions and processes managed by the vendor

- Ensure CVS Health is actively managing compliance risk

- Develop and distribute appropriate level of reporting services to demonstrate oversight

- Demonstrate process control, timeliness, accuracy, capacity planning

- Lead strategy around business process design, development, mapping and workflow solutions

- Continuously drive productivity, accuracy and increased complianceRequired Qualifications2+ years experience in:

- Proven history achieving significant performance target results using Resource and Staff Planning processes

- Medicare Part D compliance knowledge and/or experience with Medicare Part D Enrollment OperationsPreferred Qualifications- Back-office processing/offline production Resource Planning experience is highly desirable

- Project Management experience helpful

- Knowledge of Project Management software such as Microsoft Project is a plus
