Learn more about who we are and how we can work together, please visit: As part of the PGIM Marketing team, the Marketing Technology Coordinator will help increase brand awareness by supporting the growth and maintenance of platforms and applications related to PGIM’s Digital Marketing Strategy. What You Will Be Doing:
  • Maintaining the website day-today, including page setup and content publishing
  • Project managing and troubleshooting deliverables reliant on internal technology solutions teams
  • Escalating glitches/issues and ensuring they are properly closed out
  • Serving as a gatekeeper for our instance of Workfront
  • Liaising with Legal and Compliance for digital vendor contract approvals
  • Setting up workflow rules, processes and fields; assigning permission sets within various systems, including but not limited to Workfront, MarketingCloud, ON24, etc.
  • Building webcast registration sites and working with the vendor to set up all logistics related to hosting webcasts
  • Working collaboratively within PGIM Marketing and other internal and external teams
  • Minimum 2 years related experience; preferably in financial services marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Tech savvy, with a high aptitude for adopting new technology; can proactively troubleshoot and communicate technology-related issues
  • Website content management experience and knowledge of CMS platforms, email marketing programs, HTML, Bootstrap and responsive frameworks, CSS, Javascript
  • Excellent project management skills and experience handling multiple complex deliverables under tight deadlines, including coordination with other internal teams, 3rd party vendors and internal clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities; must be able to perform successfully in a dynamic, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
  • Able to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate activities with other teams when needed
  • Proficient in the following systems: IBM Web Content Management, Drupal, Workfront, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
