The PGP Marketing Manager will play an important role in supporting marketing initiatives and commercial activities for PGP and the PGP businesses. This role requires a strong partnership with the PGIM managers and the in-country marketing teams to help coordinate and execute key marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting the in-country marketing plans and enhancing the capabilities of the local businesses by leveraging the PGIM brand, content and other resources.    Primary Responsibilities
  • Connecting with the marketing and client service teams within the PGIM managers for marketing support for PGP and the local businesses including the coordination of video interviews, meetings, trips, press initiatives, written content, etc.
  • Sharing content (PGIM, Pru, etc.) with the PGP businesses and monitoring/assisting with usage in local market; refining process/platform to facilitate exchange of materials and information between the PGP businesses.
  • Assisting with the analysis of brand development and rebranding projects for the PGP businesses.
  • Helping to organize and manage events which include meetings hosted for colleagues and clients from the PGP businesses.
  • Supporting the PGP businesses with the development and management of digital capabilities including content for website and social platforms and linking to PGIM ecosystem when feasible.
  • Assisting with the development/refinement of product marketing approaches especially for PGIM managed strategies to highlight strengths, positioning, key selling points, competitive information, performance trends, etc.
  • Tracking and reporting new product development ideas/pipeline for the various PGIM managers and collecting relevant product information in various markets to share with PGP marketing and product teams.
  • Maintaining a calendar of all marketing activities, events and conferences (company and industry) to provide a comprehensive review of activities across all PGP businesses and to identify ways to potentially leverage or involve PGIM in these initiatives.
  • Monitoring and updating as needed Prudential / PGIM information utilized by the businesses online and in printed materials.
  • Establishing strong working relationships with partners - marketing teams within the PGP businesses, PGIM manager product and marketing teams, Pru Corporate, Compliance and Legal.
  • Assisting with other tasks as necessary.
  • Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of asset management or financial services experience.
  • Background in marketing, branding, digital.
  • Solid knowledge of investment products, mutual funds and financial services industry strongly preferred.
  • Ability to develop a detailed understanding of the company, global markets, products and services.
  • An independent, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexible to accommodate changing priorities and open to working on a wide variety of projects.
  • Team player with the ability to build cooperative working relationships with colleagues from various countries and cultures.
  • High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Travel may be required (up to 10%)
