We offer a diversified suite of actively managed funds across a broad spectrum of asset classes and investment styles, with over $95 billion in assets under management.   Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and creative marketing professional to support channel specific marketing initiatives. The successful candidate would join a dynamic, growing team focused on independent broker-dealer segments. This position reports to the Director of Channel Marketing, responsible for selective major partnership opportunities. This position requires close collaboration with internal functional areas including Sales, National Accounts, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, and legal/compliance staff, in order to see initiatives through to completion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deeply understand selling processes and account nuances, identify lead generation opportunities, and serve as the voice of the intermediary to the broader marketing organization
  • Engage with partner firms to understand objectives and investment themes and identify marketing opportunities
  • Develop, manage, and implement firm-specific campaigns, communications, and events
  • Lead channel marketing activities in an effort to help drive sales activity (i.e. emails, presentations, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Sales and National Accounts, and transform business partners’ objectives into effective deliverables
  • Manage the inventory of firm-specific literature to ensure compliance requirements are met, data is current and messaging is relevant
  • Perform all aspects of marketing review and firm approval process
  • Conduct and socialize ongoing competitive research on topics key competitors are focused on and where they are being featured
  • 5+ years in financial services and/or channel marketing
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to create presentations, draft email copy, and effectively write briefs and other marketing materials for a variety of distribution methods
  • General understanding of asset classes and working knowledge of mutual funds, sub-advisory services, separate managed accounts, ETFs and related services targeting broker dealers
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system preferred
  • Strong ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects at a time under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating across functional teams, building strong relationships with business partners and designing creative solutions
  • Consistently exhibit strong attention to detail
  • BA/BS required
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 preferred but not required
