Marketing Coordinator - Spectrum Networks

Responsible for assisting the Manager Marketing (Strategy) in the research, development and presentation of marketing and content strategies for Spectrum Networks.

  • Coordinate among marketing, content development and research teams in identifying new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support strategy creation
  • Assist with the creation of strategies that align with the business’ overall direction and goals
  • Assist with management of interdepartmental workflow, pipeline and deliverables ensuring all deadlines are met and assets have met brand guidelines and quality assurance
  • Keep team members supplied with the information they need to deliver work that is on strategy and on deadline
  • Check that creative projects meet strategic guidelines provided
  • Create detailed presentations for management

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to influence and build work relationships at all levels

  • Ability to multitask on a number of simultaneous projects
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms, to bend, to talk and hear, and to read and use a computer
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics
  • Knowledge of cable television products and services
  • Knowledge of media and newspaper advertising techniques
  • Proficient knowledge of personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, Internet etc.)
  • Vision ability close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
