Manager, Marketing of Variable Annuities

About the position

The Marketing Manager of Variable Annuities Solutions will be responsible for developing the go to market approach and on-going Marketing Strategy for key Variable Annuities products. They will devise new and fresh ways to market these financial solutions to key consumer segments, focusing on the needs of the consumer and how these products can meet these unmet needs. This is an exciting time in the organization as we continue to innovate on how we go to market with our solutions and add value to consumers lives. We are looking for an exceptional Marketer to help us realize the growth potential of these solutions.      A Day in the Life: A day in the life of the Marketing Manager of Variable Annuities is an enjoyable day which includes working with the Sales Team to understand their needs, creating marketing approaches to enable sales growth, co-creating these marketing strategies and fine-tuning messaging with end customers. They would also work with Product Owners to devise go to market strategies for key product launches as well as work with Legal and Compliance Partners to devise a messaging strategy that is clear and customer friendly. They would work with Analytics Team to track these great marketing initiatives and stories created to assess their impact. You learn what works and does not and continue to iterate and continuously improve. Qualifications This job may be for you if:

  • You have a fluency in using analytics to make decisions
  • You have experience in developing marketing strategies based on customer insights
  • You have developed segmented approaches to drive personalized messaging and strategies
  • You have led innovative go to market product launches that showed measurable impact
  • You have great cross-collaboration skills and can influence and inspire
  • You are curious about the business and our customer's needs
  • 4+ years in Consumer Marketing or Financial Services Marketing (Financial Services industry experience a plus); Bachelor’s Degree required
