Manager, Sales Effectiveness

Summary

The Manager, Sales Effectiveness will work closely with sales leadership, Enterprise Sellers, and Account Managers to grow Enterprise Services business organically, improve win rates, and influence the customer's buying experience. This will happen through coaching Altify account and opportunity management methodologies, applying prospecting and other sales related best practices, and positioning to grow our wallet share with our customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • On-board new hires in the Altify sales methodologies, sales processes, and tools
  • Participate in customer-facing meetings to observe and coach seller and team behaviors
  • Conduct win/loss reports on a quarterly basis to share best practices with both sales team
  • Subject matter expert in Account & Opportunity Management methodologies
  • Contribute to other initiatives accelerating sales growth, effectiveness, customer and employee satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Marketing for Account Based Marketing program

Additional Requirements

  • Business Certifications from leading sales methodology providers (Altify/TAS Group, Miller Heiman, SPI, etc), selling skills, such as Challenger, Corporate Visions, and Coaching certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport over the phone
  • Excellent presentation, teaching, communication and coaching skills using different modalities (phone, stage, face-to-face, WebEx, eMail)

Minimum Requirements

  • Deep domain knowledge and experience with the TAS Group Account & Opportunity Management methodologies and Dealmaker platform.
  • Able to think strategically but also detail oriented
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Works remotely-must be a self-starter requiring little supervision with minimal direction.
  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Years of Experience: 10+ years selling, 3+ years coaching a sales team with complex solutions
  • Experience using salesforce.com as the CRM
