Manager, Retirement Print & Digital

About the position

Workplace Solutions Group’s Customer Experience (WSG CX) team is seeking a process management leader to drive technology and reporting for our critical Print & Digital effort. Print to Digital is a key Capacity Creation initiative sponsored by WSG CMO Michelle Crecca. Reporting to the Director of Retirement Print to Digital, you will lend technical and reporting expertise to the team charged with enhancing the customer experience of our plan participants, while also significantly reducing print, mailing, and other administrative expenses associated with plan participant communications. Responsibilities The Manager, Retirement Print & Digital helps guide and engage technical resources to innovatively deliver Retirement plan participant communications, and enhances/oversees reporting related to the Print & Digital team’s effectiveness. Going forward, this high-profile position will also help drive alignment and coordination with similar efforts emerging in Prudential Group Insurance. As a key player in the Print & Digital initiative, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Develop execution strategy against Print & Digital and WSG CRM/CX objectives
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement new technologies and channels for digital communication
  • Act as Print & Digital team liaison with Retirement, Customer Office and GBTS IT resources
  • Serve as voice of the business in business requirements / user story creation
  • Implement and manage robust, ongoing Print & Digital reporting
  • Help coordinate efforts with emerging Print & Digital capability in Group Insurance
This position will require the ability to travel up to 20% of time to Northeast locations. Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Prudential retirement print delivery and digital communication ecosystems
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to build strong, productive relationships with technology partners
  • Demonstrated expertise in quantitative reporting and financial analysis
  • Excellent project management skills. Agile training or PMP certification a plus.
  • Proven track record of customer advocacy, continuously driving measurably better outcomes for customers and our business
