What part will you play?

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment seeks a Manager, Retail Support responsible for retail execution support for the Amazon physical/digital business.  In this role, you will work cross functionally with the customer, internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure day to day retail operations are managed effectively including product set up, pricing and delivery.  
 
Responsibilities include:   
  • Overseeing the management of the tools used to manage the activation of all new skus on Amazon.  Ensuring all departments are providing data and information needed as part of the planning process.  Updating various teams with consolidated data. Working with Order Management to ensure that new release orders are received and processed timely to ensure street date availability.   Ensuring third party vendor has accurate information and that data is fed accurately to Amazon.
  • Serving as global lead on counterfeit issues on Amazon’s 3P marketplace.  Identifying, tracking and working with Amazon to remove counterfeit product/sellers.  Developing metrics and reporting that can be used to escalate with the Amazon business team.
  • Overseeing third party vendor’s process for updating and providing accurate pricing data to Amazon on a daily basis.  Working with third party to develop health checks and oversee the process for monitoring.  Overseeing the development needed in support of new initiatives related to retail execution including meta data and pricing.
  • Monitoring and reviewing Andon Cord issues, determining appropriate resolution and working with internal teams to resolve and communicate to Amazon team and ensure product is reactivated on site.
  • Tracking Amazon order status on new releases and working with internal teams to establish timelines and processes for ensuring timely pick up of product by Amazon.  
  • Monitoring status of all digital/physical claims/disputes, ensuring Amazon response timelines are maintained and Consolidating and reporting on all outstanding issues.
  • Managing concerns/initiatives that surface in an effort to maintain the product availability on site including working with the Business Units and Data teams to provide metadata including Amazon requests for updates/changes to maintain sales. 
 
What do we require from you?
 
  • BA/BS required
  • 5+ years’ work experience in the entertainment and/or consumer goods industry
  • Experience with ecommerce retail customers
  • Project management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
