Posting Job Description What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Manager, Retail Planning to join the Sales team. This Manager plays a vital role in business planning and customer analytics for digital accounts.  This Manager will:
  • Work with Sales to develop detailed annual revenue plans by client.
  • Track performance to plan and goal. 
  • Analyze and report promotional returns on investment.  
  • Manage process for tracking and reporting Digital TPRs.
  • Scorecard and report account performance using and validating internal and client data sources.
  • Identify and analyze key business trends and issues to then provide actionable business building recommendations.
  • Work with Marketing & Sales to create seasonal and thematic on-store promotions & programs.

What do we require from you?
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years’ related work experience, preferably in the entertainment and/or consumer goods industry
  • Ideally, experience with transactional digital business (iTunes; Amazon Video; Google Play)
  • Experience with retail and/or financial planning across large portfolio of products
  • Ability to interpret multiple data sources in order to identify, trends, needs, and opportunities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to lead and effectively motivate internal team members
