Marketing and Enterprise Growth Team within the U.S. Business’ Customer Office is looking for a Sr, Manager of Growth Initiatives Analytics with a proven track record of building fact-based analyses with an eye on actionable insights and outcomes.

On a daily basis, you will work directly with the Group Operations Officer to help develop and execute impactful analyses that inform high visibility initiatives across Prudential’s products and businesses that will result in financial betterment for Prudential’s 30 million customers.

We are looking for self-starting individual, with superior analytical, governance, portfolio management and creative problem-solving skills that is capable of operating at a highly strategic level but also apply resources to ensure delivery of results.

This position will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of the company, identifying unmet customer needs and goals, as well as deepening customer relationships across 3 major Segments. Your work will translate directly into company’s KPIs and revenue targets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing high visibility analytical projects focused on understanding customer behaviors, segmenting customer populations & identifying opportunities related to Prudential’s growth initiatives
  • Build business cases, size opportunities, develop KPIs & build various levels of reporting to prioritize opportunities and initiative roadmap
  • Ensure integration and mining of large data sets, connecting data from disparate sources to identify insights and patterns using traditional and predictive methodologies
  • Develop and maintaining consultative relationships with key business stakeholders, proactively identifying and addressing data analytics needs. Being an evangelist for Data Management across the enterprise
  • Partner within and outside Customer Office to build a common framework for developing customer insights & segmentation strategy and execution
  • Become a conduit for knowledge management for CO and its partners
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and decision support to advance the strategic priorities of the Customer Office
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of strategy and analytical experience, preferably in management consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business or related field; MBA preferred
  • Significant experience mining large and disparate data sets to uncover actionable insights
  • Experience working in the Financial Services industry preferred; an understanding of Prudential businesses considered a plus.
  • Ability to think broadly yet possess exceptional attention to detail to operate at both a strategic and tactical level
  • Resourcefulness and initiative to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment; ability to successfully prioritize, adapt and execute in such an environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior executives across multiple business units and functions
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills; strong executive presence
  • Ability to synthesize findings/ issues/opportunities and translate them into action plans
  • Excellent consultative skills and ability to form strong business relationships at all levels
  • Displays optimism and determination when facing challenges
  • Strong sense of urgency and drive for results; self-motivated and deadline driven
