Manager, Direct Marketing – Omni-Channel Campaign Management

Overview
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides payments-focused consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally.

Role
• Lead and manage omni-channel campaigns from business development to end-to-end delivery
• Work with the sales and account teams to scope new business opportunities for Banks and Merchants in North America
• Develop campaign kick-off presentations that include objectives, marketing plans, strategy, detailed matrices by channel and campaign timelines
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams (creative, digital, print production and analytical teams) to execute deliverables according to project timelines and within budget
• Manage external vendors in providing the required data services according to the project scope
• Work with the client, project team and manager to generate the desired success metrics and forecasting the project budget to achieve the required ROI
• Maintain close client communications with status calls and other ad-hoc project updates through-out the campaign execution
• Conduct comprehensive campaign analysis and reporting

All About You
• Expert in project management
• Experience in banking or retail preferred
• Digital campaign experience required; direct mail and other channels highly desirable
• Proficiency with interpreting analytics and translating insight into action
• Vendor management experience desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• BA required
