Manager, CORE Product Delivery

Overview
• U.S. Product Delivery leads the deployment of MasterCard products and services to the market and holds direct accountability for the customer experience in the new program launch. This includes dynamic consultation and management of both business and technical facets for product/service delivery and leading both internal and external partners towards successful execution.
• The role involves managing comprehensive and successful deployment of new and existing MasterCard Commercial products and services.
• The role manages customer and internal MasterCard project teams as they progress through the solution development and delivery. This includes leading program kick off meetings, program definition, status calls, go-to-market readiness and customer feedback sessions.

Role
• Lead successful completion of assigned delivery projects for Commercial and Small Business products in the U.S. market to ensure the region can meet or exceed volume and revenue objectives.
• Manage projects to success metrics established with the customer and ensure application of Product Delivery best practices and methodology.
• Provide subject matter expertise on both business and technical aspects of delivery during customer discussions during sales and pre-launch activities.
• Lead the development of product delivery process maps that identify assets and functions within MasterCard, and roles/ responsibilities.
• Manage key strategic delivery efforts for Commercial products within the US Markets often including first time deployments of new product & services, and/or initiatives spanning multiple products and services being simultaneously introduced with a key customer.

All About You
• Demonstrated experience in financial services and/or related industry verticals with strong knowledge of card business
• Previous experience with Commercial products strongly preferred
• Extensive, proven project management, problem solving and planning skills with a demonstrated record of success managing multiple projects with external and internal clients.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams internally and externally against client projects ranging from four to twelve months in duration.
• Ability to quickly engage and influence business and technical partners
• Ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships at all functional levels essential
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to thrive and effectively collaborate in a team environment
• Have superior, demonstrated external client relationship management skills
• Individual must be competent to analyze business needs and develop a course of action that effectively integrates technical components and business components and organize a solution process that includes appropriate cross-organizational participation yielding quantifiable results for MasterCard and our customers.

• Travel will be required (up to 15%).
