Warner Bros. Digital Networks (WBDN) is focused on expanding Warner Bros.’ OTT and digital footprint by launching new offerings and growing current company-owned services.  WBDN works closely with other Warner Bros. divisions to support the company’s overall strategy to bring content directly to our audiences.  

Warner Bros. Digital Networks is launching DC Universe, a first-of-its-kind, DC-branded direct to consumer digital service. This new digital service will deliver an immersive experience designed just for DC fans.

The Manager, Community and Rewards is responsible for helping to build and manage a strong online community for DC Universe. This includes moderating and monitoring forums, designing and executing community engagement and rewards programs, directly interfacing with community members and reporting and resolving community issues.
  • Develop daily programming calendar and engagement activities within service community and on social media outlets to maintain a fun, respectful and positive environment for fans. Monitor and moderate user generated content and manage additional moderation resources to ensure 24/7 monitoring of managed channels.
  • Develop and gain alignment and approval for fan engagement, sweepstakes and fan reward campaigns. Lead the design and execution of programs with internal teams, including legal, marketing, product, programming, etc. - and third party vendors as necessary. Keep campaigns on schedule and on budget.
  • Help develop and provide ongoing management of fan/subscriber communications – including messages to be published through, forums and other social media outlets
  • Provide comprehensive reports, analysis and recommendations regarding community engagement, trends, and campaign metrics.
  • Gather and relay platform feedback, issues, or concerns to the customer support department. Make recommendations to improve the user experience. Provide ongoing feedback communication to users based on their comments.
What do we require from you?
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3 + years’ experience building strong online communities with proven track record of success.
  • Hands on experience with forums and/or other community tools required.
  • Deep fandom of DC comics, movies and television shows and pop culture in general.
  • Knowledge of OTT/SVOD platforms and services.
  • Ability to analyze data to make recommendations and refine approach.
