What part will you play?
The Manager of Commercial Clearance is responsible for reviewing commercial material on Turner news networks and digital properties to ensure compliance with legal, network, S&P and ad sales guidelines. This individual is responsible for reviewing material at all stages of production (scripts, storyboards, rough cuts and finals), and will frequently need to research any claims made or investigate any legal issues presented. The Manager interacts regularly with both internal colleagues in a variety of departments and external clients, ad agencies and vendors.

What do we need from you?
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in analytical thinking and decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) are a must.
  • Must demonstrate a strong grasp of current events and politics, and should have knowledge of Turner news products and programming.
  • Excellent computer skills needed, and should be able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Backgrounds in ad sales, PR and/or customer service are a plus.
  • Four-year college degree required.
