  • Attend meetings or events that are specific to the client and the media industry.
  • Help support other members of the U.S. media team in managing other areas of the accounts within your vertical.

This job might be a good fit for you if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, and 3-5 years of client service experience and expertise in the digital or broadcast media industry. Prior experience and/or knowledge of Nielsen’s products and services is definitely a plus.
  • You are a relationship builder who can provide a great experience for our clients and can collaborate with internal senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • You are an engaging storyteller who is comfortable presenting key insights and making recommendations that will help our clients understand and grow their consumer viewership.
  • You are excited about working with a diverse customer base and multiple internal teams.
  • You are detail-oriented, and skilled in interpersonal communication, multitasking, persuasion and negotiation tactics. You are also a pro at Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • You are a strong leader who can develop and motivate junior staff.

Here’s what’s in it for you:

  • An open, connected and diverse culture that spans across more than 100 countries around the world. You’ll get to work alongside some very dedicated people who love what they do.
  • The opportunity to make a difference on our clients’ decisions and performance.
  • The chance to bring ideas to the table. We’re constantly looking for ways to enhance what we do and how we do it, so we love to investigate and implement new ideas.
  • Great opportunities to learn and grow your career. We invest in people and we’re proud to see our associates flourish.
