Looney Tunes & DC Comics) to build a portfolio of next-generation multi-media entertainment services and delight fans everywhere.

We are looking for talented Manager, Business Development & Operations to join the DramaFever team at WB Digital Labs.  As Manager, Business Development & Operations, you will assist in defining and driving strategic and operational improvements addressing complex business challenges. You will also help identify growth and optimization opportunities - both internally and through strategic partnerships - and serve as business lead to implement change in support of business goals across DramaFever operating teams. You have the ability to influence cross-functionally, identify opportunities using data and market assessment, and execute quickly and play a key role in analyzing operational performance and driving tactical decisions.
 
  • Assist GM in setting business strategy and goals and functional teams with prioritization of initiatives in support of channel goals.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of content, product features and marketing campaigns in supporting channel goals.
  • Identify key partnerships that support the overall KPIs & promote growth of our direct-to-consumer offerings.
  • Support deal structuring and negotiation with external partners and vendors based on feedback from marketing, finance, licensing, product, engineering, legal and corporate business development.
  • Mange partner integration efforts and continually monitor to optimize success.
  • Serve as business liaison between external and internal parties for initiatives requiring cross team coordination (ie, ensuring timely asset delivery and collaborative marketing for any syndication partner).
  • Identify growth and optimization opportunities across product, content and marketing and present business case to management team (ie, crafting and implementing of the business plan for a merch subscription tier for DF).
  • Work with finance and data reporting teams to surface user behavior and business insights and provide actionable recommendations (ie, identify optimal content spend by tier of title)
  • Identify new paid marketing channels.
  • Communicate relevant business needs to product, engineering and data reporting teams (ie, partner integration requirements).
  • Craft external and internal presentation materials (ie, business partner pitches).
What do we require from you?
  • 3-4 years of business development and/or operations experience in technology, media or entertainment with a focus on direct-to-consumer.
  • Knowledge and passion in digital entertainment.
  • Ability to meet hard deadlines and re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Mastery of Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
