Lead Manager, Data Insights & Research

The Data Insights & Research team for AT&T Advertising & Analytics is responsible for developing new and innovative data analytics and insights that accelerate decision making regarding monetization opportunities.  The position will be in our New York City location. 

The ideal candidate should have significant experience with the latest in media and advertising research.  This candidate will also have a proven track record in data-rich analyses, specifically with digital video, tv, and advanced advertising technologies. He or she will have hands on experience with executive presentation development, coordination across various functional teams, ability to interface with both strategic and technical partners and demonstrate passion for the evolving Advertising landscape.

The Lead Manager, Data Insights & Research will be responsible for:

·Providing insights and measurement expertise for groups in marketing, business development, product, PR, and company-wide leadership teams

·Delivering high-level analyses of cross-platform performance, advertising spend, and audience trends to leadership and business units to drive core business decisions and advertising product development

·Using and vetting TV, digital, and set-top box data syndicated research tools

·Partnering with Product, Technology and Business Development teams, as well as 3rd party vendors, to ensure potential solutions are executed properly and efficiently

-    Collaborate with Big Data, Analytics, and Finance Teams across the company to generate insights and inform decisions


·Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or related discipline

·7-10 years of relevant experience

·Prior work experience within Research at a Media or Technology company, specific experience in the Advertising space

·Deep understanding of comScore, Nielsen, and experience with consumer survey data, MRI, Kantar

·Expertise in research, analyses and executive presentations
