Lead Financial Analyst - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Overall Purpose:Responsible for conducting and documenting more complex financial analysis projects, works on problems of diverse scope including the development of financial models and analysis of financial reports, trends, and opportunities. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Performs complex data modeling and financial analysis to support content negotiations.
  • Consolidates data from countries to run complex data models to develop monthly reports for programmers.
  • Able to automate processes when collecting and working with information from various countries and sources.
  • Manage large volumes of data and synthesize it to make recommendations to senior management.
  • Interprets programming contracts and proposals to extract financial conditions and convert them into financial reports.
  • Interact with other financial analysts in Latin America.
  • Gathers, interprets, and evaluates financial information and other relevant data.
  • Evaluates and makes recommendations relating to business opportunities, investments, financial regulations, and similar financial projects or programs.
  • Develops recommendations to achieve the organizations financial objectives.
  • Determines financial consequences of alternative methods, plans and strategies.
  • Evaluates financial performance including cost and budget administration.
  • Short term forecasting and long-term planning.

  • Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in effective ways.
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Very detail oriented and organized.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Must have excellent excel skills especially pivots and setting up models/reports; macros a plus.
  • Knowledge of international economics especially Latin America a plus.
Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience:5-7 years. Supervisory: No.
