As a Lead Business Management Analyst within our technology Business Management Office & Vendor Management team, you will be part of the planning, development, and execution of information technology related offshore transition initiatives. Your role will also include managing the ongoing maintenance of definitions, monitoring and enforcement associated established governance models. You will leverage your breadth of experiences and general business knowledge to quickly build strong and credible relationships across various stakeholders at all levels in the organization to move initiative work forward at or better than business case targets.


Ability to deep dive on project portfolio data and analysis:

    • Human Resources: demand, readiness, metrics, policies
    • Finance: costing, capital flow and expenses
    • Analyze big data and generate useful conclusions and actionable recommendations
    • Provide perform in detailed analysis to better understand key business drivers and areas for process improvement
    • Applies a strong understanding of external macro-economic and human capital data and trends that may impact future location structures and workforce composition
    • Ability to translate data into insights that understands customer needs and behavioral drivers

Provide support to the overall Program Manager:

    • Management disciplines across all projects (e.g., risk and issue management, dependency management, scope management, change control, budget management, etc.)
    • Scheduling and taking minutes of program related status meetings
    • Identify key metrics and/or indicators to monitor organizational health and performance of strategic/workforce plans in alignment with business strategy
    • Lead and facilitate workforce planning initiatives including, but not limited to, critical role/capability identification, environmental scanning, gap analysis, risk analysis, and action planning
    • Provide thought leadership, enterprise perspective, and voice of stakeholders

Initiative Delivery:

    • Ensure flawless execution at task, project, and program levels
    • Analyzes and reports workforce historical data and trends and develop forecast models
    • Develop customized reports as needed
    • Mitigate risk and drive results through the establishment of strong relationships with key stakeholders built on mutual trust and benefit
    • Accept full accountability for program / tower success, providing support and guidance as needed to specific projects and production points within program scope
    • Anticipate and plan for future program opportunities and risks

Required Skills (Mandatory, must have):

  • 5 or more years of experience in business management, change management, project and/or program management
  • 3 or more years of experience in metrics, workforce/ business analytics utilizing analytics to improve business outcomes or related experience
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Corporate Functions
  • Willingness to work both late and early hours due to international time zone differences
  • 5 or more years of experience in Excel pivots, VLOOKUP, and various excel functions
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing program structure, enabling effective cross-project reporting and management
  • Experience working within the Financial Services industry

Desired Skills (Preferred, butnot required):

  • Prior experience developing and executing an offshoring transition initiative highly desired
  • Bachelor or advanced degree in business management or IT related fields
  • Ability to influence under pressure and to successfully navigate political landscape
  • PgMP, PMP, or similar certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Operating with sensitivity and respect within difficult situations
  • Self-organized, structured, and able to multi-task and work under pressure to deliver results
