Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks an IT Configuration Analyst for the WB Technology Application Infrastructure & Operations group. The IT Configuration Analyst is responsible for the accuracy of WB’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensuring that the processes that are in place to govern access to the CMDB are working efficiently.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of WB’s application focused CMDB as we continue to leverage new hosting platforms, such as the public cloud – all while ensuring that audit and compliance requirements are met.
  • Work closely with Manager, IT, Configuration and Director of Operations Support Services to develop/design/architect the CMDB.
  • Review, create, update processes to ensure CMDB accuracy.
  • Review, create, update CMDB requirements with cross functional teams.
  • Review, create, update Knowledge Objects and POC’s to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting against CMDB data.
What do we require from you?
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Flexible on subject matter (Work Experience supersedes).
  • ServiceNow Certification(s).
  • ITIL Certification(s).
  • Minimum 3 years of ITSM/ITIL implementation experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing a large, complex CMDB.
  • Minimum 1 year architecting and engineering solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of current Cloud Platforms and Services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, etc.).
  • Recent experience architecting and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expert knowledge of the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and various modules, particularly the CMDB.
  • Experience working within an agile software development process.
  • Strong analytical skills; must be able to produce various reports (including ad-hoc reports) on CMDB data in a timely manner.
  • Strong communications skills (both spoken and written).
  • Strong documentation skills; must be able to produce concise documentation on ITSM processes that is easily understood by a wide audience.
