Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning, to family legacy intentions. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, insurance and both individual and institutional retirement.

 

As a Client Experience Consultant 4 you are responsible for developing communication strategies for large, complex institutional clients that achieve the client’s goals and prepare their participants for a financially secure retirement. In this role you will partner with relationship management and the client service team to identify client needs; gather and analyze information regarding participant behaviors; consult with clients to understand their goals and where communications can add value; lead complex communications programs from ideation to execution leveraging appropriate mediums and channels; manage client’s communication budgets; measure and share campaign results; and participate in finals presentations.

 

Job Duties include:

  • Provide strategic consultative support for assigned clients
  • Participate in more complex prospect sales presentations
  • Analyze participant data to create a communication strategy for your clients
  • Deliver and execute strategies by partnering with internal team members and clients
  • Responsible for improving client’s plan metrics by changing participant behaviors
  • May serve as communications subject matter expert on cross-organizational projects
  • Manage client budgets
  • Provide regular client updates to management

 

Willing to consider other IRT office Locations



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of communications experience, marketing experience, or a combination of both
  • 4+ years of institutional retirement experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of the retirement industry and associated trends
  • Must demonstrate recent and relevant experience planning and executing effective participant communications campaigns
  • Proven ability to influence decision makers
  • Strong professional presentation and facilitation skills
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills in writing, editing and presenting
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, internal partners, and senior leaders

 



Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
