The Inside Automotive Rotational Program recruits inter-culturally oriented, committed candidates with a hands-on mentality who enjoy working in B2B sales and marketing. Candidates should possess a MBA with a passion for automotive, and demonstrate significant achievement in undergraduate areas of study. Participants who possess relevant practical experience (internship/professional role) with a global player in the automotive industry are preferred. This experience can be through an internship or a direct professional role. Prior international experience is a plus. It is important that candidates can demonstrate ability to understand customer needs and can develop appropriate solutions. Team collaboration through excellent communication is a must. A high level of flexibility and mobility makes your application perfect. Program Summary Inside Automotive is a 24-month cross-business unit program. Three 8-month rotations will be offered in various Automotive-related businesses, across the globe. The exact project assignments will be determined based on current business need, but projects may include preparing operational plans, new business development activities and implementing business strategies. Candidates are required to take a final placement in an Automotive OEM.

Basic Qualifications
  • MBA Required. Graduation must fall between December 2018 - August 2019
  • Demonstrated academic achievement
  • 2-3 years’ work experience prior to MBA
  • Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding work ethic
