Enterprise Information Security’s (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargo’s infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws.  EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Position duties Include:

•Provide the administration and operational support of the Identity Management infrastructure, recommend and drive the enhancement process for the IAM systems to better support the service

•Provide on-call support for systems as needed

•Provide incident and problem resolution and support for issues, and engage IBM as needed

•Participate in design review working directly with business on the integration requirements including provisioning, de-provisioning and user lifecycle into the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform

•Develop and maintain system configurations, process design documentation, operating procedures and process documentation

•Provide the administration and operational support of the Identity Management infrastructure, recommend and drive the enhancement process for the IAM systems to better support the service

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of information security applications and systems experience
  • 3 + years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring
  • 2+ years of experience interviewing and making hiring recommendations
  • 2+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience
  • 1+ years of experience with encryption/decryption and transfer of data
  • 3+ years of experience engineering and analyzing server-based operating systems such as Windows or Unix
  • 4+ years of project management methodology experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced Information Security technical skills and understanding of information security practices and policies
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience with Tivoli Identity Manager or IBM Security Identity Manager
  • Knowledge and understanding of security technologies and concepts including identity management, single sign on, directory services, role based access control, cryptographic algorithms, mutual authentication and certificate management
  • 3 + years of .Net and Java application development experience or a combination of both
  • 2+ years of Incident Management System experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Remedy
  • 2+ years of Agile experience

Job Expectations

  • Ability to work on call as assigned
  • Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours
