HR Specialist – Project Manager

Job Description The HR Specialist will perform non-technical project management work and oversee administrative tasks for the HR AT&T Advertising and Analytics Team. The incumbent will manage projects from initiation through delivery and is responsible for meeting the project requirements by applying project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project scope, quality, schedule, and resources. This role will analyze and research HR related data on assigned projects providing project management support to the HR AdCo Team. In addition, this role manages HR tactical support to include processing personnel change requests (ePCRs) and vouchers along with handing time reporting/attendance management and onboarding new hires. Key Roles and Responsibilities:


Training and Special Skills:
  • Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience  
  • Typically requires 3-5 years’ experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
