HR Change Leader, Supply Chain Transformation

The HR Change Leader, Supply Chain Transformation is responsible for leading the execution of the overall change management approach and activities aligned with Supply Chain transformation initiatives; effectively applies change principles, processes, behaviors necessary to effectively prepare an audience for a sustainable change.

The HR Change Leader, Supply Chain Transformation will:

  • Work directly with the SC HR PMO, sector and regional SC HR PMO Leaders, and other cross functional stakeholders in the implementation of change management philosophy, tools, and skill design to support and drive project team goals and objectives tied to the change management needs
  • Commit to being an “early adopter” of the change and proactively apply change methodology and practices to ensure appropriate level of support required
  • Ensure all project goals, activities, and change approach are aligned with larger organizational strategy and vision
  • Partner with HR PMO in identifying and analyze risks associated with change and help prepare and execute mitigation strategies
  • Create and maintain an active network of change agents and work in partnership to design and build tools and interfaces to assist in the tracking our change efforts and engagement against enterprise goals
  • Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to complete organizational assessments including current state analysis, change readiness, change impact and resistance identification
  • Identify key stakeholders, sponsors and change management network
  • Regularly monitor organizational readiness for change
  • Support and manage the development of change communications to all levels of the organization
  • Support the design and delivery of training needs for all levels of the organization
  • Provide coaching to Sponsors and Change Network in fulfilling their roles


Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional HR experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of large scale change management experience is required, ability to apply the change principles, processes, behaviors necessary to effectively prepare an impacted audience for a sustainable change is required.
  • ProSci training is highly preferred.
  • Global experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and empathetic, ability to read and manage emotions/conflict required.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and influence both written and orally to all levels of the organization required.
  • Energy, passion and enthusiasm for leading and impacting positive change required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in relationship building and internal collaboration across all levels of the enterprise required.
  • Strong business acumen including basic understanding of project management required.
  • Strong project management skills in a deadline-oriented environment required.
  • Demonstrates and prioritizes data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy and sound judgment in designing and delivering change insights and dashboard outputs required.
  • Understand evolving change management practices in the industry to drive innovation change techniques required.
  • This position will require up to 15% domestic and international travel, to include occasional travel to New Brunswick, NJ.
