PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Coordinate brand campaigns and activations supporting our theatrical offering and studio partnerships spanning on-network, off-channel, OOH and high-impact promotions (guerilla/viral marketing, event sponsorships/partnerships)
  • Assist in the development of creative materials that support our streaming service (HBO GO/HBO NOW) both on and off-channel from the briefing process to production
  • Support the HBO College ambassador program to develop youth marketing strategy and execute on-campus Brand events
  • Coordinate the development and execution of all advertising and promotional efforts for Cinemax at all stages of the marketing campaign- from start of production, ideation and media planning, to tune-in and post premiere management
  • Responsibilities include day to day project tracking with multiple external agencies and internal departments (Creative Services, Legal/Business Affairs, Digital & Social Media, Program Advertising etc.) to ensure that all campaigns are executed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain calendars, planning documents, research insights, and performance decks
  • Manage production schedules and timelines, budget/expenses, meeting agendas and recap notes

REQUIREMENTS
 
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience for a premium brand or an advertising agency (entertainment industry experience preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of pop culture and entertainment
  • Passion for working with creative teams
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with all levels in the organization
