This Group Product Director of Customer Experience, Neuroscience (NS) is a newly created position within the Neuroscience marketing team. This role represents a unique opportunity to drive the development, alignment, and implementation of marketing resources and solutions to drive an optimal experience for Janssen’s Neuroscience customers & patients in the U.S. The role ensures that the organization is creating a unified and seamless stakeholder experience for products in the Schizophrenia and Mood portfolio. This position will oversee the customer experience marketing team in the development and implementation of market access solutions and site of care operational capabilities.

 

Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee customer experience marketing, ensuring the Neuroscience portfolio is showing up to customers with one voice for both Schizophrenia & Mood
  • Optimize the customer experience through innovation & operational efficiencies as the portfolio expands
  • Establish annual Marketing Plans for all site of care assets and execute promotional tactics with a focus on patient journey and optimizing market access
  • Manage the development & coordination of Janssen Carepath solutions & materials for the Janssen Neuroscience portfolio
  • Manage the vendor relationships for contract reimbursement & clinical nurse education roles
  • Act as a liaison with the Strategic Customer Group on Market Access solutions
  • Establishing and shaping compliant innovative processes, systems, and structures that enable optimal customer experiences through strong data, analytics, metrics, and tools that anticipate and predict customer and patients evolving needs.
  • Lead an innovative and diverse team of professionals that will be high performing and excel in collaborating across functions, organizations, and external partners.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; Advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years business experience is required of which 4 years of marketing and/or sales and/or payer/institutional experience in the pharma/biopharma industry with a proven track record of performance is required. 
  • Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies is required.
  • Must have a demonstrated track record of strong leadership capabilities with ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment to deliver strong results.
  • People management experience is required.
  • Product Launch experience is preferred.
  • Experience with managing marketing & operational budgets and external partners/vendors is preferred. 
  • In-depth knowledge of psychiatry brands, therapeutic area, and institutional channel experience is preferred. 
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, managed care, specialty pharmacy and/or reimbursement is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience utilizing data science and analytical tools is preferred.

This position is in Titusville, NJ and requires up to 25% travel predominantly US with limited outside US travel.
