The Group Accounts National Manager is responsible for developing strategy and management of Elite Dental Service Organizations (largest Group Practices) in the US, directly reporting to the COP National Customer Development Manager.  These offices are high patient volume and are key to our overall sales and BRMO strategy. The number one priority is to manage the EDSO team to drive Colgate business and deliver growth outpacing the dental market. This position drives the execution of COP sales strategy by identifying key growth opportunities and prospecting new customers.  Identifies needed strategy, tools and funding and works closely with Group Regional Managers, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and COP leadership.

Is responsible for coaching and development of the EDSO Managers who manage the Account’s Headquarters offices. The Group Accounts National Manager will work with each Group Account on specific co-marketing strategies to increase Colgate awareness to drive sales and increase the level of partnership between companies.

Will also serve as the key COP contact point for Dental Service Organizations (Mid Markets) representation at DSO level events, conventions and opportunities.  This position will serve as a primary communication point between COP and HSD’s DSO (Mid Market) organizations.
