DIVERSITY / COLLEGE RECRUITMENT

 

As part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, this position is responsible for and to provide support for various talent acquisition activities with focus on campus and diversity sourcing.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Provide thought leadership in terms of new avenues to consider sourcing graduate and diverse talent
  • Reviews current programs, potential core schools, job fairs and diversity related suppliers sources / events and makes recommendations to drive and ensure business value
  •  Provide central administration and project management for College Recruitment efforts
  • Assist with project planning and execution of campus recruiting initiatives
  • Represent Colgate at local and national job fairs and diversity conferences.
  • Coordinate Colgate's participation in annual Campus and Diversity conferences and other recruiting event
  • Partner with HR Generalists and HR Coordinators in the execution of intern programs
  • Active leadership of core Conferences (Consortium, NBMBA, NSHMBA, Reaching Out) and Campus events for formal graduate programs (Marketing, Global Supply Chain, HR). 
  • Recruiting leadership of other major campus and conference events with participation when possible; leverages other HR and business resources to participate as necessary and appropriate.
  • Conducts annual Return on Investment Assessment of campus and diversity events and recommends adjustments to programs and strategies
  • Manages various campus vendors for product storage and distribution, conference organizers, career centers.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition Technology Manager on the AAP / EEO Recruitment audit process / legal compliance

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

 

  • Bachelors  Degree required
  • Masters degree strongly preferred 
  • Minimum  7  years of previous experience is preferred
  • 4 years of experience in General Recruitment , Diversity and Campus Recruitment preferred 
  • Able to travel between Colgate locations and to events periodically as required
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking systems preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency using all Microsoft Office products 
  • Proven project management skills / analytical capabilities
  • Proven continuous improvement and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to multitask
  • Collaborative work style and demonstrated strength in customer service
