The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. This role directly supports, and reports to, the Head of Global Product Management.

Direct responsibilities:
• Leading a geographically dispersed team to provide strategic thought leadership, in addition to execution services, to deliver new cross-border solutions for customers across the Enterprise
• Providing insights around cross-border opportunities, and related new technologies, and facilitating use case development
• Designing value proposition models for near term and future use cases to measure value and prioritize opportunities
• Partnering with sales, relationship teams and Innovation to uncover new and innovative partnership opportunities, and partnering with cross-Enterprise product and channel groups to ‘productize’ and bring new concepts to production
• Facilitating discussions with sales and relationship teams to develop a holistic approach that may include the incorporation of existing Wells Fargo services to support new product design
• Evaluating partners product offerings for integration feasibility ensuring an approach that balances innovation with responsible risk management and strategic alignment
• Managing execution for cross-border partnership projects and initiatives in an Agile approach; partnering across product, channel, technology and Microservices teams to ensure reusability and speed-to-market
• Proactively engage in industry events and forums to identify new and interesting partnership opportunities
• Developing and managing go-to-market strategies to ensure a successful launch of new cross-border solutions
• Providing competitive intelligence around digital payable, receipt and digital wallet experiences around the globe, and track emerging trends within and outside of the Wells Fargo customer base

As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:

  • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning or a combination of both, with one or a combination of the following: treasury, trade or payments products
  • 6+ years of leadership experience





Other Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to payment and consumer trends outside the US
  • Organizational savvy with working knowledge of channel and product organizations across the Enterprise
  • Excellent communication skills; experience communicating at the Executive level
  • Experience translating new products into use cases, identifying target customer profiles, and defining the customer experience
  • High degree of comfort with emergent and disruptive technologies
  • Has a working knowledge of Fintech space; trends, companies, and industry initiatives
  • Experience with digital change and transformational projects
