Global Marketing Campaigner- Manager (TMT)

A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace. Our Digital and Web Marketing team helps create engaging and interactive marketing materials in the digital and web space. As part of the team, you’ll help us with digital marketing campaigns, google analytics, social advertising, graphic design or a variety of other digital marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
  • Train, coach, and supervise staff
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

The Global Marketing and Campaigning team is aligned to an Industry/Sector or the author team of a major global study to identify, prioritize, plan, and execute the marketing and campaigning needs. Team members regularly analyze the impact of the marketing campaign to learn what works best and share that with territory marketers and external vendors to plan, execute, and evaluate top campaigns.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Utilizing and applying into projects knowledge of brand, digital, communications, thought leadership, marketing and business development;

- Preparing detailed input to maximize the marketability of the content;

- Maximizing impact to clients and our external marketplace;

- Setting high standards for quality and efficiency, constantly measuring against those goals, continuously improving; and,

- Building a new, global campaigning capability for PwC, jointly with other senior campaigners, campaigners and with the functional head.

Skills Preferred: 

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Planning, executing and evaluating several high-impact campaigns each year.and generating buy-in and enthusiasm from key stakeholders; 

- Connecting key resources across the Global Marketing Organization (GMO) organization and beyond;

- Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal clients (such as global LoS leaders, Global industry leaders);

- Aligning content and campaigns with network priorities; and,

- Managing global teams with leadership coaching and ongoing employee feedback and development.
