As the Field Solutions Lead, you develop, analyze, enhance, implement, maintain, and support field-based solutions for the Johnson & Johnson OneMD family of businesses. You have a focus on both the business and the technical aspects of solution management. You will work in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Supply Chain to understand business demands and to identify Supply Chain opportunities that improve the customer experience. 
Responsibilities:• Lead OneMD Customer engagements with the implementation of field-based Inventory Management and eCommerce Solutions.• Create customer scorecards/dashboards to track progress against specific customer initiatives and educate OneMD teams on the processes and systems needed to address Customer goals and to translate Customer pain points into improved Patient outcomes.• Lead a high degree of direct customer interface in the assessment of the customer supply chain and the delivery of supply chain customer solutions including the setting of project priorities and proactively fostering relationships with OneMD supply chain team members.• Actively identify and lead projects or programs to implement OneMD Inventory Management and eCommerce solutions, including developing actionable recommendations, implementing the same, and providing management readouts on outcomes.• Manage the execution and continuous improvement of transactional automation across multiple OneMD ERP platforms.• Lead discussions with One MD teams and Customers to determine project priorities including tray replenishment/optimization, inventory optimization, eSIMS expansion across OneMD franchises, and eCommerce adoption across various customer segments (ASC, Trauma Centers, Community Hospitals, etc.)• Analytically provide support across J&J Medical Device businesses to J&J Regional Supply Chain Directors and Managers, COE Directors and Managers along with Contracting Associates, Commercial Account Management, Commercial Operations, Strategic Customer Solutions, and Field Sales Operations teams. • Act as liaison between stakeholders ensuring clear communication of business strategies, key initiatives, learning and filling key information gaps. • Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy to assess the supply chain, recommend and implement solutions as required by Regional Leadership and the customer, and plan and provide significant recommendations for consideration into CLS's Supply Chain Customer Solutions Team.• Deliver solutions that include: Lean, Six Sigma, Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), inventory management, customer dashboards, and project management.• Mine and analyze data across multiple data sources: Order to Cash (multiple), Transportation, Finance, Distribution, E-Commerce, Cost to Serve; as well as Customer provided data sets.• Develop predictive and prescriptive data analytics that proactively drive improved Customer experience.• Plan and analyze daily inventory levels, forecasts, and orders at a product code level.• Maintain safety stock, lead-time, and all other order generation related system parameters.• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends and opportunities.• Utilize tools such as ABC Analysis and Full Case Analysis in support of inventory management recommendations.• Define and implement corrective actions to resolve both the immediate and potential future impact to the Customer's supply chain.

Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred• Minimum of 6 years of relevant Supply Chain/Logistics experience is required• Supply Chain experience within a Healthcare environment and/or a distributor of medical and surgical supplies required• Ability to interact directly with customers and to direct activities across all levels of the customer’s organization• Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams within a highly matrixed organization, sometimes requiring managing and leading without authority • Demonstrated problem-solving and advanced analytical skills• Project Management experience preferred• MS PowerPoint proficiency, including creating presentations, is required• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including the use of Lookup Functions, Pivot Tables, Macros, and the import/export of data, is preferred• Proficiency with MS Project or MS Access preferred• Experience with flowcharting tools required; MS Visio preferred• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Tableau preferred• LEAN/Process Excellence experience, training, or certification is helpful• APICS, FPX/PMP, or CPM certifications are a plus• Location & Travel Required: Position located in Piscataway, NJ, with up to 50% domestic and international travel
