The Software Business Improvement senior analyst will be responsible for providing business process redesign activities to our client as well as application support for our PeopleSoft product. Use your proven abilities with verbal, written, and visual communication to highlight our business process redesign efforts. Effectively communicate what is changing and how that impacts the workforce. This role is client facing and requires a good amount of direct in-person engagement with the customer.
