  • Oversees a team of 5 resources supporting org design, workforce development, change management and measurement, process design, and policy work streams across the Procurement Section.
  • Supports client counterpart in development of program strategy, workstream initiatives, and annual goals.
  • Oversees the development and execution of an integrated Section wide employee development approach and comprehensive career maps for both new and existing roles.
  • Oversees the development of a comprehensive Section onboarding program, including development of the program structure and supporting resources.
  • Responsible for all ABT, Category Management, and Procurement Section Change Management and communication activities.
  • Oversees the development and approval of all process standardization efforts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) supporting templates, and training strategies.
  • Oversees Front Office PMO support services (e.g. audit management, policy interface, etc.)
