Experience Center - Experience Planners Senior Associate

A career in our Experience Planners practice, within Experience Consulting services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients change customer behaviours through the experience journey starting with a strategy, then through design, and eventually implementation. You’ll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation. We help our clients plan and manage end to end execution of our experience strategies through technical implementation. As part of the team, you’ll help with the overall project timeline, budget and application / product quality.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
  • Train and lead staff
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients 
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

    Basic Qualifications: 

    Minimum Degree Required: 
    High School Diploma

    Minimum Years of Experience: 
    4 year(s) of experience, preferably in an agency-like environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor Degree

    Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 
    Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in roles leading project management engagements in a professional business services environment and/or the digital marketing industry, which includes the following: 
    - Utilizing creative problem solving and consistent consultancy, a solutions oriented mind set while driving all facets of internal working teams to deliver on clients’ goals, objectives, and overall strategic direction; 
    - Executing thought leaders’ strategy and leveraging digital marketing communications know-how; 
    - Budgeting and forecasting on large engagements, including escalation of matters as necessary.

    Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success collaborating with a broad team of strategy, technology, creative and production resources, especially coordinating project work with third-party partners and vendors. 

    Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients, developing an awareness of Firm services, approaching the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, and demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks. 

    Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success utilizing effective written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and management, in a professional services business environment, emphasizing the development and maintenance of relationships with key executives, companies, and a network of professional organizations or affiliations within the digital marketing industry, to sustain and develop business growth. 

    Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success engaging in teamwork dynamics as a team member, including understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and completing work in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
