Posting Job Description What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks an Executive Assistant IV for the WB Technology Executive department. WB Technology combines Warner Bros.’ industry-leading technologists and disciplines to ensure global alignment with business strategy and accelerated delivery of innovative technology solutions studio- and industry-wide. From pre-production through archiving, the WBT organization will provide critical business and technology intelligence and services to all Studio business units. 
  • Manage day to day operations for CTO.
  • Manage calendar for CTO.
    • Prioritize & coordinate calendar.
    • Schedule meetings which most often include: WB CDO, WB Presidents, WB Senior Level Executives (Domestic & International), Senior Level Executives from other studios, Vendors.
    • Keep track of Board Membership meetings.
    • Ensure CTO has prep time for critical projects & meetings.
  • Book domestic and international travel.
  • Collect & organize CTO expenses for report processing.
  • Manage signature/approval requests for NDAs, confidential contracts, notary needs.
  • Work with Technology Marketing Team to coordinate schedule and preparation for speaking engagements and panel discussions.
  • Organize and manage shared documents in OneDrive.
  • Work with WBT Vendor Management and Project Services for onboarding individuals & vendors, purchasing large scale items.
  • Act as liaison to Building Management regarding space management, parking, structural changes, issues.
  • Send out correspondence to WBT Staff on behalf of CTO.
  • Process drive-ons and walk on for visitors.
What do we require from you?
  • College degree preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional service environment as an executive assistant working with upper level management.
  • Must type minimum 50-60 wpm with accuracy.
  • Should possess strong PC Skills, including expert level knowledge of MS Outlook, proficiency with Office 365 suite and Concur.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders within studio and outside.
