Posting Job Description What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Animation Inc. seeks an Executive Assistant III for the WBA Creative Affairs department. This position will provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President, Alternate Programming, Warner Bros. Animation and Blue Ribbon Content.
  • Manage all aspects of EVP’s calendar; answer phones, schedules appointments and meetings with both internal and external partners.
  • Coordinates travel, hotel accommodations, and car services, including all other necessary arrangements associated with travel for EVP.
  • Tracks and prepares expense reports.
  • Oversee and maintain filing and organizational systems, both physical and digital.
  • Proofreads, photocopies and distributes material.
  • Prepares correspondence for review and signature.
  • Greets clients, talent, creative staff and executives.
  • Performs other related tasks & special projects as required and directed by EVP.

What do we require from you?
  • High School degree required. College degree preferred.
  • Professional administrative work experience of 2+ years, ideally in the Television industry required.
  • Familiarity with studio environment preferred.
  • Experience handling confidential/sensitive information required.
  • Strong computer skills (Apple + PC) and tech savvy; fluency in the Microsoft Office and FileMaker Pro required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Must have the ability to organize, schedule work effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies required.
