Blue Ribbon Content Inc. seeks an Executive Assistant II (Project) for the BRC Creative & Production department. Position will provide administrative support in a start-up environment to the Senior Vice President, Development and two Vice Presidents, Development & Production.
What part will you play?

  • Answers telephones, screens, logs and places calls.
  • Maintains calendar, schedules appointments, meetings and notes call, and schedules all travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Creates presentations.
  • Prepares documents such as weekly reports, correspondence and expense reports, distributes mail.
  • Reads scripts and writes coverage.
  • Tracks all creative script submissions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What do we require from you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • Previous administrative support experience required.
  • Comedy/drama development and/or current programming experience preferred
  • Literary agency experience is a plus.
  • PC Skills: Word, Outlook, and Excel required; Typing:  55 wpm.
  • Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, and filing procedures.
  • Knowledge of report, letter, logs, etc. formats required.  
  • Must have exceptional grammar skills.  
  • Must have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.  
  • Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively.
  • Must have the ability to work well under time constraints in a fast-pace environment.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and wear different hats due to a start-up environment.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information.
