The CW Network seeks an Executive Assistant II for the Current Programming department to provide administrative support to one Vice President and two Senior Vice Presidents in all daily activities.

 
  • Maintains calendar, schedules appointments, meetings and notes call, etc.
  • Tracks all programming and production information, coordinating schedules, and acts as liaison between executive and outside producers, studio executives and agents.
  • Maintains various files, records and logs, including internally networked current programming database, and create reports as needed for various executives.
  • Answers telephones, screens, logs and places calls.
  • Writes script coverage and tracks all submissions.
  • Maintains and organizes a filing system.
  • Coordinates and arranges international and domestic travel arrangements.
  • Opens, records and distributes incoming mail.
  • Proofreads, photocopies and distributes material.
  • Prepares documents such as deal memos, correspondence and expense reports.
  • Greets clients, talent staff and executives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What do we require from you?
  • BS/BA preferred.
  • Previous secretarial experience required, film and television background a plus.
  • PC and MAC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and typing: 60 wpm required.
  • Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively under time constraints.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, if and when necessary.
  • Must be extremely organized.
